This is an appeal from a conviction for theft by appropriating property knowing it was stolen by another. Tex. Pen. Code Ann. ร§ 31.03(b)(2) (Supp. 1987). Appellant was found guilty by the court, and punishment was assessed at ten years confinement, probated for ten years, and a $300 fine. We will affirm the judgment.
